I have got. A 600 watt hps for flowering. So is it advisable to flush the plant with water before switching to flowering nutes? And hold long do I flush for? Thanks slot for your help guys

@ robzila, should i spray the water on the leaves when the lights are off?

hmm 2 different responses. i only put the hps on the plant for about 20 min n it cooked 2 of the leaves. now some of the others have patches appearing.. and as i said the leaves are curling on edges. i had 2 shitty little cfls on to start with. then when i burnt thats what made me go get 200...

im not using the hps now im using 200 watt cfl so shud i still go for 18/6? will this have done any long term damage ?

Hi Peeps. My plant seems to be growing great at the moment, but when i got in form work today i noticed what looks like the root has popped throughh the soil pod at the bottom. do i need to get it potted asap?

Guys i have a big problem!!! i just checked my little baby and realised that there is a root poking out the side of my little dirt pod ( one of them ones that you submerge in water and they expand. do i need to get it into a pot asap???

Also how are you supposed to tell if you have given the plant too much or not enough nutes? And if a 3 part how u knw how much to add of each? I think the nutes is going to be the tricky one to get my head around....

Thanks for the reply mate. Ihave heard nothing but good things about advanced nutrients. Can you get it in a 3 part? And do you jst follow instructions on bottle of nutes as I have heard you need only quater strength at first. I'm really excited about this grow just wish I had more than 1 plant. :(
