thaks guys for ur replys i went away see i left my m8 in charge big mistake. he never lowered my hood now the plants has stretch abot 4- 5 inches so was thinking cutting the top to the nx node down. then lower my hood bk to were it was in the beging then using the stretchy cuts for cuttings

due to my plants stretching what would be my best option tieing the branches down or cutting the top of the plants to create an even canopy again. but if i cut to the nx node down will i get fresh growth. also if i tie branches down will i get new growth come thru. how long will it take for me...
