Nope nothing simple about miracle grow,soilless mix is what is recommended for new growers as it is the easiest to controll, if you over feed no problem just flush the soil,with miracle grow you over feed and it's trouble as the nutes in it are time released and are based on the growing...

you only get nute burn on soilless mix by overfeeding and not flushing properly,flush at the end of the veg cyclce,quick flush 3 weeks into flowering,and then plain water for the last 1 - 2 weeks depending on what you like to do i do 10 days it's a personal choice
