So i put my seeds in rapid rooters under a humidty dome. One of my seeds has a root thats growing upwards out of the rapid rooter with the seed casing below it. How do i make the root grown back down into the rapid rooter?

So have i and they would come right back. Ive had 100% success with clones even when they looked like that. When they droop over i would say its overwatered. When my clones did this i used less water and it stood right back up.

Planning on using rapid rooters but still confused. When a seed is in a dark place how does it kno which way is up and which way is down? I have heard that germinating the seed is only used to see if its good or not and could cause long term damage.

Im still trying to understand how a plant knows which way is up and which way is down when there is no light on them....Can someone please explain this to me????

So should i keep it dark? I cant see how they would grow leaves when im not using light

Just picked up 4(32watt 4100k color temp)bulbs to start my seeds off. Im growing 8 plants. Im only using this to start them up then switching to hps. Will 4100k color temp work? Has anyone had any luck with this?
