DiY LEDs - How to Power Them

Just to be sure my friend. How would be the best way to connect them? I have read that in series is better than parallel to higher voltage?

DiY LEDs - How to Power Them

    I have a doubt. It is possible this setup. (4) x cxb3070 36v x (1) mw hlg320h-C2100. Running each at 77.83w x (4) = 311.32w; Vf: 37.06 x (4) = 148.24 vf.

building my first COB 3590 setup. please help

I'm not from USA, I'm from South America, Chile. Therefore I can not buy Robin, I need to buy everything from one hand, in fact it was the same Robin who recommended me to Jerry, because of my geographical remoteness. So I wonder, could i use a 150mm pin heatsink from KingBrite, which is made to...

building my first COB 3590 setup. please help

This is for all PIN heatsinks, or just for northengrowlights selling ? Evil-Mojo says SST-140mm (designed to dissipate approx 50w), is enough to dissipate the 75.5w at 2100am. My question is, i really need a larger/heavy heatsink like 163mm, designed to dissipate between 75 and 85w, or a 150 mm...

    Evil's Adventures

I thought 140mm heatsinks were fit to cool 50-60W. It would be more appropriate to put one of 163mm (for 75-85W) in each cxb3590? What features must have the Dimmer? Why use the 36v version and not the 72v, in the cobs?

Is this a Vero 29 killer?

Interesting combination, right on the limit of my project. My question would be, there is a difference in production/yield with better light distribution, delivering a greater amount of lumens/photons per watt?

Is this a Vero 29 killer?

That's my goal, minimum 50% efficiency and 160 lm / watt. And the CXB3590 80 CRI CD BIN gives 56% efficiency and 182 lm / watt to 1400ma. How would a better combination with some Citizen COB? My idea with the 3590, is make 400w(8COBs), 200w(4COBs) each for a 3x3 tent. Each cxb3590 costs me $35...

    LED help please! lol

even at $ 35 which includes holder, thermal tape, adapter, reflector? How would be a better configuration with Citizen to get 400w with two mw drivers, 50% minimum EFFICIENCY? And where I find the best price? I think Jerry not work with them?

    A51 rw110 worth the $500!?

I think it's a real shame that A51 have such malpractices, when less than 5 months ago, they were among the few that were recommended here. Personally I own a XGS and RW75, which work great for almost two years. Regarding the new panel offered for $500, it is clearly overpriced, and for that...
