I thought 140mm heatsinks were fit to cool 50-60W. It would be more appropriate to put one of 163mm (for 75-85W) in each cxb3590? What features must have the Dimmer? Why use the 36v version and not the 72v, in the cobs?

That's my goal, minimum 50% efficiency and 160 lm / watt. And the CXB3590 80 CRI CD BIN gives 56% efficiency and 182 lm / watt to 1400ma. How would a better combination with some Citizen COB? My idea with the 3590, is make 400w(8COBs), 200w(4COBs) each for a 3x3 tent. Each cxb3590 costs me $35...
