hey so i just flushed my plants, and took some new pics, about 4-5 of my plants have yelow fan leaves and yellow leaves. Is this bad?? whats wrong with them?

correct me if im wrong, so cut them, trim them, then instead of hanging them to dry, i can jus place the buds in the herb dryer to dry, then into mason jars???
