yesterday was flouro's today i got my fan in and now im running 2 400's

really no one? well i got my inline fan in today and set her up, some reason my temps are hovering around 82 with the fan on full blast sucking the air thru a cooltube and drawing it thru an open air cooled hood, they are 400 watt hps' any suggestions? its a 6" inline 340 cfm

OK, so here's the run down i have 2 400 watt switchable ballasts i got from craigslist brand new one with a hydrofarm air cooled hood and the other with a hydrofarm brand cool tube for $175!! i couldn't turn it down... so i plan on running them in unison in my 3'*5'*8' closet, built a aero...

is it safe to run isopropyl alcohol through my water pump, mixed and diluted by water of course.
