Just wondering if a batch of seeds from the same mother should show sex at around the same time or totally independent on the plant? I have 2 plants and 1 is clearly a female and has shown 1 week b4 i even switched to 12/12 and the other still hasnt shown and its not end of week 1 of flowering...

yeh they tend to come at a higher ph. if u dont pre soak em they can be a pain in the ass coz they always raise the ph level. u can give it a bit of a flusher with lower ph until runoff is correct if u like but should slowly correct itself if it hasnt done too much damage in the mean time

yeh i would just watch the distance between the light and ur babies. seedlings burn very easy. u can put em under a fluro for a softer start if u like b4 switching to the MH. as for never using a peat pellet... each to there own i guess. i know alot of ppl using the peat pellets very...

did u pre adjust ur rockwools ph? presoak in ph corrected water?

nah.. $3-$10 is not much to spend considering how important it is. as i said i wouldnt be tight on ph adjusting solution. i even suguest against the ph adjusting solution u may have lying around for your aquarium even. it can cause alot of probs as its less concerntrated and requires more to...

coz ur a smart one thats why ;) also get a humidity dome of some sort if u can and spray/mist the dome for extra moister. as ur clones wont have a root system yet to feed it :D

yeh looks pretty norm to me matey. most seedlings start off like that. u can bury them alittle higher if u think that are a touch lanky but they look ok to me.

doja. 24/0 with clones until they are established, then switch over to 18/6 then 12/12 when ur ready to rock :D and u can trim some of the larger fan leaves to promote concentration on the roots at this time. soil should be ok as long as its a good mix :D my opinion only :D

what do u mean by BAD reading? if its off just adjust with the appropriate ph adjuster. depending on hydro or soil. i think its generally 5.5-6.1 ph for hydro 6.3-6.9ish for soil? also, dont be tight with the ph up/down solution it makes a big dif. go hydro store and get proper ph...
