I don't grow for flower I grow for seed production but in the past yes we grew a gram a watt easily there is a lot of factors to consider but easily 2.5-4 I've a plant not autos there in a different category altogether

Sprayit right up till you see pollen on a leaf if you don't you will have banners with nothing in them you also don't need the week before flower and some strains reverse very easy with lots of pollen some don't if it don't work just try it again
