you need humidity domes on them, this will help them to develop roots faster. use another plastic cup, this time clear, and cut a hole in the bottom, turn it upsidedowna dn put it on top of the cup you are using as the pot.

i would say that it is most definately a light burn then, keep a fan on them at all times if you haev your lights on 24hrs

it should be fine, i'm glad that you did splint it, or else it would have "healed" itself however it was laying after the break. which wouldn't haev hurt the plant, just taken longer ot heal as it is similar to an "open wound"

i have no idea what that could be, but i'm gonan assume either some type of fungus or a bug. if it were me i would bring them indoors again and invest in some insectisidal soap and give them a good spray and then water so the soap geting into the dirt and kills the bugs/fungus.

they could be underwatered, overwatered, or just heat stress is my opinion, how close are your lights?

i don't suggest it, i ran my lights 18-6 for teh entire veg, then swiched them to 12-12 to find out sex, and switched back to 18-6, changing an hour every couple nights, to slowly extend the time, and i ended up with a hermie cause of it. so my suggestion is no.
