Alright got some pics today.. Please give your comments on the plants.. The El Niño which is the tallest is lagging behind in bud size.. but I think it was shocked a bit last week and should now go a week longer. I think I'm going to flush the El Niño tomorrow.. Got some major PH fluctuations...

Well you could still do some LST on that TW if it's still under 3 weeks.. nothing big or too stressful.. just bend some of the branches so the light will shine directly on them.. and this should trigger them to start growing wider or produce bigger buds. It's never too late when it's this early :p

Never knew sex can show up before flowering.. but pretty good that you've gotten rid of the male on time then. If the stem gets direct sunlight, it will indeed trigger some branches to start developing bigger then it would have if left untrained.
