If you switched from 400W to 150W for economic purposes, then I think you've made a huge mistake. A single 400W on 12 hours intervals for 9 weeks would come out to maybe 30$ in additional costs for that whole period.. So you're not saving much by switching to 150... vice versa.. you're losing...
