    Recycling Soil

Yeah, soil can be used over and over. You just have to 're-charge' it with nutrients every so often. For indoors (and for a specific reason) I use a little bit of bone meal, blood meal, epsom salts and fast release lime. Some might say I over-do-it, but I seldom have to fertilize and my plants...

    New Indoor Small Grow

It's possible to go from seedling straight to 12/12. It all depends on how big you want it to get. When switching from a veg cycle to a flowering cycle, figure on it AT LEAST doubling in size.

******what do u need to get 200onces per crop ? *******

When the op can simply view 100s of setups here and do their own 'comparison' in their head, I'm getting the feeling that this is another one of those threads where eventually the op is gonna claim they got the same harvest(s) from their single $25 halogen shop light. OR................ That...

Almost 8 Weeks Into Flower, No Yellowing Leaves? (Pics Inside)

My advise to the op. Sift through the info and mostly opinions here on riu, then browse some of the regular botanical, gardening and agricultural forums for unbiased information to confirm/deny what you've heard here. Use your head of course, don't ask about mj on a non-mj forum.

Almost 8 Weeks Into Flower, No Yellowing Leaves? (Pics Inside)

My thoughts exactly. During flushing the yellowing leaves are caused by stressing your plants to the point where they're eating themselves. They're starving. Only toilets should be flushed, imho.

    Hello, Guerilla 2011

I agree, peat moss is a good thing. It's real acidic though and usually needs an alkaline substance to balance the ph. The blood and bone meal you used last year did just that. They're my preference too. I only add (slow release) lime after the end of the season. My curiosity was sparked...

Yeah, the only way you'll know for sure is to do your own comparison. OR............. There are a couple people on here that really know their stuff. They're easy to find because they have almost like a cult following them. Seek their wisdom.

    Hello, Guerilla 2011

Hey, that's cool that you're going native, so to speak. When everything has been provided by Nature for us to use, there's no need to spend much. The soil here is naturally acidic so I have to sweeten it each year. Using 45% peat moss in your mix, do you also add lime to raise the ph? subbed...

Sure, here's a fact: you'll spend waaaaaaay more money on LP gas, regular gas, or diesel fuel running the humongous generator(s) that you will need if you're not using home electricity. not to mention the noise, the pollution, etc. With absolutely NO respect I ask you please pull your head out...
