FFOF has a pretty good amount of initial fertilizer. In a 5gal pot, you should easily be able to go 4 weeks before any nutes are required. If you cant resist the urge to feed something, try a EWC tea. Plants love it!

The only thing I can think of to get a ballpark figure is to use the advanced search feature and read up on other peoples grows that are similar in set up and genetics to you. The numbers will probably be all different though.

Mylar blankets are only marginally better than A-foil. You may want to re-evaluate how you're using them. Every crease in the M-blankets throws your light at all kinds of crazy angles, mostly away from where it's useful. Plus, they're see-through! Meaning some of your light is escaping. Hold...
