Organic grows don't need to be flushed out at any point during the grow, as there are no salts to build up and damage the plants. That's just one of the benefits of going organic.

On the program I saw, thew talked about doing it when there's only a limited amount of material to work with but many new plants desired. They took a leaf and cut it into I think 16 smaller pieces, then grew them all out. You can also do it with a very immature plant.

Sure, just don't try to grow it huge. Those lights won't put off enough light for a big plant. lst or scrog might be a good idea too. It'd be a good idea to go with redder bulbs for flowering, 26 or 2700k.

Just snip off the parts you want and leave the rest.
