i cannot find my camera at the moment but it started of the first set of fan leaves and is slowly working its way up.... it appears yellow at the tips then like slowly starts to curl the tip and turn a blue/white mold colour then the whole leaf falls off

was it just the hps bulb or bulb n ballast?
