I had one 100 watt flood light but I burned my plant in a half second so I swtxhed back to 2 45watt cfl.. I can't run the 3 one caus I need another extension because I have a fan runing

One of my first spiked of leaves is curly all my leaves look fine but that one is curly it looks heathly but curly ?? Any reasons to this ?

23w got it tomorrow I'm going to the dollar store but I dnt got alot of room in my grow box I I get another light I put some mirrors so it can reflect would I be good ?? :/ my budget it's not so good so I dnt want 50 dollars more on my eletric bill :/
