CFL's are not expensive at all. 23W bulbs can be had for less than a dollar each. It's only the high-wattage CFL's that get a little pricey, like the 105W bulb(around $30).

Using a bubbleponics system just to get seeds started is probably overkill and a bit of a waste of resources, but whatever you're comfortable with. Just don't let the roots get too long or you'll damage them when you transplant, and bury the rockwool cube below the surface of hydroton in the Ebb...

Could be that the light is too close. You sure the bulb is really 120W and not equivalent watts? Could also be slight nute burn due to the soil.

Provide some info about your setup: How many lights, and how many actual watts? How close is the light to the plant? What kind of soil are you using? Are you adding any other nutrients? What is the temperature and humidity in the grow space?

The small cube will do fine. Fill the buckets about 3" from the top with hydroton and carefully place the cube beneath the surface without damaging the roots. I then set the timer to feed every 8 hours.

I use the Ebb & Gro. It's best to only plant rooted seedlings in the system. I use Rapid Rooters, a propagation tray and a humidity dome once my seeds are germinated(paper towel method). Usually takes about 2 weeks before you germ a seed and it's ready for planting into the buckets.

Should be fine. Try not to pay attention to red hairs too much. It's the trichomes that determine when a plant is ready, not the hairs.

See how it's stretched? That's what happens when you don't have enough light. You want tight node spacing and thick stems to support weight during flowering. Get some additional lights ASAP. You want about at least 100W(total watts, not equivalent) for one plant.

I like to foliar feed no more than 1-2 time per week and I stop doing it all together when buds form.

You can use molasses all the way through harvest. It's not just a bud enhancer, but a flavor and aroma enhancer as well. There are other benefits too.
