Readings are good. Your flouros should be fine for 2 plants, but you may want to add some CFL's during flowering, otherwise there's a good chance that you'll end up with fluffy buds, as opposed to fat and dense ones. Welcome to RIU. :leaf:

Rubbing alcohol and salt should do the trick. Never tried it on my grinder(haven't had to yet), but works great for pipes and bongs.
