    male/female

Hate to be a pain, but if what I think I am seeing is a calyx, and I'm sure it is, it looks almost like a tuning fork to the naked eye with the prongs sticking up out of it. I promise to buy a scope

    male/female

I definitely have calyx and stipules, nothing resembling the male.

Thanks again definitely female. (I just hugged my clones)

    male/female

Thanks, I don't have a scope but I am fairly certain I have a female. (I took three clones last week just in case and they all rooted) I can see what look like hairs but they look green to the naked eye. Indoor, Sativa, and I know I need a scope. Thank You again, I've learned alot about this...

Rookie question but here goes; Do males grow a top cola like the females?

Ways to cover up and how to avoid being caught with a grow room

"Boss gave me a list and said go get this for me, hope this is the right stuff...." My room has a lock, and you can use something as simple as a towel against the door to block the light.

    enough light?

my concern was having enough light. I have to buy new bulbs for flowering. Plant mostly sits in the morning window, I move her under the lights when possible, and sometimes outdoors. But outside is getting more difficult with a three foot plant and neighbors. I bought some root hormone today...

    enough light?

Pistils are visible without magnification, It's late veg. state/pre flower I think

    enough light?

It's a wide open room and I have no walls around the plant, no height restrictions, (unless it hits 10 feet) Closet is 8 feet by 10, and I have no box, reflectors, just lights wasting away.

    enough light?

2 four foot overhead flourescents at 40 watts touching the top of the plant, three 42 watt CFLS's on one side, two 23 watt CFL's on the other side, with a crappy incansescent bulb thrown in. I turn occasssionally to give each side equal time. Sativa, indoor obviously. Is this nearly enough light...

    over/under watering

And like I said, the inner sprouts coming from the node intersections of the stalk have been growing like their asses were on fire and they're trying to get away for the last two weeks.

    over/under watering

I have drainage/outflow now. Probably 8-10 ounces out the bottom. I thought dry was better than wet....

    over/under watering

three foot tall, three gallon bucket. A dozen dime sized holes in the bottom. Late veg/early flower stage. As I said I think the lower leaves are getting water first because they are closest to the source, inner node growth may be "stealing" water from fan leaves, and ANY plant is going to pump...

    over/under watering

I'm thinking I'm underwatering. Here's my theory; The lower leaves are getting water, the inner node leaves are stealing water from the fan leaves in the middle, and the plant is pumping water to the top trying to grow. How much water "per serving" for a three footer on average? It's in a three...

    over/under watering

The top fan leaves are strong and straight, as are the bottom few sets. The middle fan leaves are drooping and the inner node leaves are growing like hell pushing up on the original fan leaves in the middle of the plant that are sagging. I've been afraid to over water, now I fear under...

    leaf growth

Is it normal for the the interior leaves growing from the nodes to push out and up on the main stem fan leaves? Plant is generally healthy, indoor, about three feet tall, mixing sun in the window with artificial light. Late veg. state. Hairs are visible to the naked eye. Vertical growth has...

    indoor lighting

No pic's, and outside permanantly not an option unless I take it somewhere and forget about it for awhile. It's bagseed, sativa I believe. (Thin bladed fan leaves) It was triple ziploc bagged and I smelled it from across the room when it was in my buddies pocket, so I figured I'd take a shot...

    indoor lighting

Plant is slightly stretched, but stem is pretty thick because I've put it outside occassionally on breezy days, and use a fan on the lowest setting when it's under the lights. Fan leaves maxed out at 11 leaves and have reverted back to nine, nodes are growing closer together near the top. I've...

fan leaf tips are turning yellow/brown, very small, barely noticeable... nitro burn?
