I would get something that is mostly pyrethrins if you are into flowering. I had some thrips and hit em with FF bug off. That did the trick almost instantly, If you have buds forming you should be careful what you use.

Yeah I climbed up in the attic, drilled a hole out, hung a 2x4 on the rafters and ran a 8" eyelet bolt through them both and fastened with a big washer and nut. No worries here, hanging a 3.5x3.5' reflector housing three 400w's.

I prune the HELL out of my plants. I feel like I have to, my nodes are so tight there is next to no airflow to the interior of the plants. The harder you train them and top/fim them the more you will probably have to prune. I take EVERYTHING but the tops though, I hate popcorn buds.
