what is the best way to keep deer away

well i'm a fisherman too so I would not suggest the creosote, unless you enjoy doing your part in poisoning the ground water. there are other methods that will work just as well and better w/o having to use that nasty shit. creative idea though, i would have never thought of it.

what is the best way to keep deer away

It's called creosote and i've been hunting all my life and have never heard of that as a deer repelant. we have railroad ties on our property and the deer hang out next to them. predator scent will also work well (same idea as the cat), get it at any place that sells hunting stuff.

    Vegging under T-5's?

What brands are good for t-5 ballasts. It seems like there is a lot to choose from. What was the beautiful difference you had when you switched to t-5's? Are they actually that much better? I know they give off a broader light spectrum, but don't you also get less lumens than a 600 watt? How...

Newbie Grow w/ Ebb and Flow

If you have been following my grow you know that I have been having humidity issues in my grow room. The cause is not the plants or the hydro but the wet weather outside. To make matters worse my intake draws air from under the house, which is really wet air (I laid a t-shirt over the intake and...

UPDATE on grow room!!!!! give me advice

I would definitely suggest going with the 600 watter, if you don't get more light on those babies they will stretch and stretch and you won't get close to the yield that you want. Order a good hps bulb, do not go to home depot for it. If you spend a little extra it will definitely pay off in...

    DIY Dehumidifier Using Charcoal

So I've been having issues with high humidity because of the wet weather OR has been having. To make matters worse my air intake draws from under the house, very humid air. Thankfully I have found a solution. What I did was take a plastic planter, drilled a bunch of holes for it so it would not...

    What makes a good reservoir?

I saw these yesterday and they are really tough, I just wish they made one in the 35 gal size. If anyone needs a rez 27 gal or smaller these would be a very good option, I think they were $12 with a lid. I ended going with the 36 gal. roughneck, only 17 bucks w/ a lid. Sure beats paying over...

    What makes a good reservoir?

Thanks man, that is what i was hoping to hear. I thought about ice chests, but that defeats the purpose because they cost as much as a regular reservoir. I am also not concerned with my rez temp., it's not a problem in my grow room. Thanks for all the replies.

Newbie Grow w/ Ebb and Flow

I'm totally stoked about how well everything is going so far. Th epowdery mold problem went away for the most part with a couple milk treatments. I now know I need to get a dehumidifier before winter gets here again, the air here in this area is just way to humid, it's not the plants or hydro...
