Pistils turning brown and "shriveling" up-Only about 3 weeks into flowering?

The hairs on his plant should not be shriveling like that at all this early in flower. They should be shoooting in all directions and looking nice and white. The hairs are very sensitive to heat and they are the first indicator that the light is too hot. Put a fan blowing on the light and the...

Pistils turning brown and "shriveling" up-Only about 3 weeks into flowering?

Yo beverage I GUARANTEE you that is the heat from the lights shriveling their hairs. that is not normal. It is definitely too early for them to be doing that.

    Question with no found answer

You must have night vision or you are just full of shit. I live in the woods. It is pitch black at night. No such thing as moonlight when there is a canopy above your head. Sure in a clearing there is light on a nice evening, but not in the tall timber. Although chance are your plants are going...

    Question with no found answer

It doesn't have to be pitch black, but its better to be safe than sorry. I can see in my flower room during lights off because my ppm gauges have really bright green lights on them. True green lights like these will not affect your plants. And yes there is light outside at night and it does...

please read and comment. help is relly needed!!!!!!!!!

When you harvest is all personal preference on what type of smoke you like. So is this White Widow? it should be about done and ready for a flush then. Honestly bro your plants look great. The only thing they are lacking is a lot more light. To me it looks like you did quite well with what you...

Ebb & Flow Super Silver Haze and U-Dubb

Thanks Bezy. The yield from the UDubb should be decent, but the strain is really not a high yielder unless you veg it for a very long time, although my plants did do pretty awesome for a 3 week veg. The SSH on the other hand grows massive buds and should have a very heavy harvest.

Shiskaberry: E & F Hydroton vs. Readygrow Huge Difference!

Yeah you get really explosive growth in hydro. The plants could be the same strain, just different genetics. My shiskas are very bushy and also have purple stems. When I grew this same strain, with the same genetics, in dirt before the plant was not nearly as bushy as the hydro now is. Here's...

    Coco Growers Unite!

Hey fellow coco growers. As promised I have started my hydroton vs readygrow thread. I will be doing 8 shiskaberrys. 4 in hydroton, 4 in the aeration mix. Check out the thread- a lot more evidence of coco'c superiority...

Shiskaberry: E & F Hydroton vs. Readygrow Huge Difference!

Oh yeah , I suppose he may be. I've never used an ebb and grow system although I do like them. I think it could be possible. To keep the medium from escaping I suppose one could take a smart pot and put it in the net pot that would normally be used. To use a 3 gal smart pot you'd have to get 7...

Shiskaberry: E & F Hydroton vs. Readygrow Huge Difference!

So I have been wanting to get away from hydroton ever since I started using it, but I have always had good success so I've been a little hesitant. I looked and looked for coco croutons but the ones I wanted neeeded to be ordered so I said fuck it and bought a couple bags of botanicare readygrow...

Ebb & Flow Super Silver Haze and U-Dubb

Well its been awhile and some shit has been happening so I figure its time for an update. The SSH has got another 36 hours of total dark before harvest and the Udubb was harvested a few days ago. It looks like I should end with a good yield from both strains. So how about some pics.....

    Spots and Yellowing! HELP!!!

See the way the leaves are kinda of twisted and pointing in odd directions? That's a sure sign the ph is off, which will make all the difference in the world what nutes your plant will absorb. Get your ph in the correct range and the nute problem will most likely figure its self out.
