If u don't gotta fan already i'd def get one quick. Keep a good breeze on the plants and they'll get a nice fat strong stem on them as well as keeping the temps down. 84's not real bad, but 76 is the majic number.

I've actually done comparisons on the two- soft white and daylight cfl's. I put one of each bulb in my Y splittter on a seedling and not 2 hours afterwords, the seedling was reaching over to the 6500k, growing towards it considerably. Now as for ur side by side, ur lower temp bulb will...

Thats shitty man, sounds like a P or K def to me too. Only prob with that, is i'm sure u've been giving it flowering nutes right? Right about now, it should be starting to yellow from the bottom up as the plant uses all the available goodies in the leaves to make them buds and once the plants...

Think of it this way, once u begin flowering ur plant(s) will at least double and sometimes triple in size!!! that's no shit, so just plan for that and ur good.

I've found cfls to be great for vegging, but for flowering, nothing can compare to an hps. As long as u got plenty of 6500k's on the plant ur well on ur way!

Get the highest ACTUAL wattage cfl's u can. I believe 100 watters are either 23 or 27watts. They will have them marked as like 100w 'replacement' 23w 'equivelent' then make sure they are marked on the baseof the bulb or the packaging as a 6,500k daylight bulb. My lowes here doesn't sell...

Thanks for stoppin by my journal! It definately wasn't N def. I gave her the flowering nutes and no more red:bigjoint:. I had the same pro with this soil(scotts) before, but didn't know what it was till later on in flowering. The scotts soil is super high in N but has little to no P and K in it...
