You are definitely going to need more lighting if possible, with CFLs you can & should get as close as possible & use as many as possible. IMHO

Heated cooler on the bottom (incubator). Shotgun terrarium on top, heated with 100 watt incandescent bulb. Temps in both are a consistent 78 - 80 degrees.
