Here is what was the shorter one at 22days old gaining height (now the tallest) and filling out nicely I've been doing some serious leaf tucking I'll have a go at LST soon.

Can this be done to auto flowers or will it slow they're growth as they're a quick plant and can't really be doing with slowed growth? I have some lower leaves touching soil also but I tucked them up just enough to be free. Cutting would be easier if it won't slow her down any though?

I don't PH my water my soul buffers at 6.5 and run off is always 5.8 with good soil compost you should be ok. Besides phup down is just adding another chemical to your plant and more salts. Does anyone else not bother with PH with soil grows?

I had something similar my new growth looks like yours also and it turned out to be Nitrogen Toxicity caused by HOT soil and a little fert feed, I thought cal/mg so sprayed her and it made things worse as it upped the N she was getting.

Just an update the he/she/heshe has showed sings of female clear pistols at the top and sides. The balls in the photo's are still there no change with them and no other balls as such anywhere else? I have no idea what they are yet. I'm still checking on them hoping she isn't a shemale. :o

I would of though it's a bad idea as one plant will dominate for root space leaving the other with small weak roots not to mention if it got into adolescence surely the thickness of the canopy would be hard for the light to penetrate it and if one is male and needs chopping down wouldn't the...

Thanks I got them from herbies I'm sure it'll be a she (hopefully) I'll try get a better pic today. Temps and humidity have been spot on from the start she just got a bit of nute burn early on

Don't get me wrong I'm having trouble indentifying one of my plants at the minute but the small cluster of balls you have going on the first pic does look male. I wish mine were that clear cut right now if it was it would of been chopped down by now :fire:

I will thanks for the reply, the second picture is a round ball but can't really see because of my bad pic. How long would you say I have to wait. My other plant is female and don't wanted her pollinated.
