The plant that is in the 3rd pic was covered in red hairs....and then got a whole new coat of white hairs. I am afraid to not stop the nutes in time.

I just started to water with no nutrients at all 4 days ago. I figured I am getting close to harvest time. Can someone please tell me what they think? How much longer do u think? If I am more than a week out should I keep giving nutrients?

No he didnt. They had the plant in a room on the floor with a light bulb hanging way far from it. I offered to set it up in my grow room. I would love to learn more about hydro though as well so I figured I'd learn as I go. It definitely looks so much better and it's growing nicely. The roots...

I am trying to switch over to LED but now I like my halides better....they just get so hot. Damn it....I will need to find a smaller light for this tent.

Thanks. I figured I had a couple more weeks to go. I have new clone babies who rooted and I put themy in a mini tent with an led light from home depot but I feel like they aren't growing now. Is it the light? It said for veg state. And I've been leaving it on a 24 hour cycle.

I have a couple things to ask... First, I am watching a plant for someone and its hydro....I do soil. I changed the water and used the nutrients that I feed my plants....the roots now have some darkness in some spots. Is this ok? I thought the nutrients couldn't sit for long. Two of my plants...

Ok cool thank u!! And is it OK that the plants don't smell anymore? They did during veg like crazy then stopped. I'm afraid I've stressed them so many times by them getting droopy that it has effected my babies.

I just boiled tap water and checked the PH to see if I could start using that......super high PH still. Right now I use our drinking water......should I get some PH down or something so I can start using tap water??

Will do. I guess that is what I have been doing.....I was afraid to OVER WATER, therefor I was taking one gallon for 5 plants....now 2x a day doing that. I am feeding every few days but only one gallon with nutes. Is that bad too??

Yes on the DWC. UUUGGGGHHHHHH there is so much....as soon as I am a little confident...BOOM something slaps me in the face. I wish I could just have someone come over and help me. This can get very frustrating!!

The smell was so strong during veg but now it only smells randomly I just picked up a big carbon filter and just need to figure out how to use it. Metal hood but it's open...with 1000 watt hps bulb. I just took in someone's baby who is in a hydro pot as well and need to know how to work...

I have 2 fans inside and a max fan sucking air out....it runs twice a day. I believe im in 7 gal pots.

OH.....And can I top them even thought they are flowering? My two tallest are over the light again and almost to roof....I can't even raise the light anymore......should I just clip off the top??

OMG!!! That is my damn problem.....I've spaced out a gallon for 5 freaken plants. No wonder why they suck it up so fast.....I was listening to people telling me I was over watering and over feeding. Right now.....if I water when I wake up they are dry by the time I am going to bed. Will my buds...
