All you need to do is mist the plants with water daily with a spray bottle mate. That will last you until flower because your humidity is perfect for flowering.

12 weeks ain't nothing mate. Yer plant looks sativa dominant. I don't know yer genetics but if it is then you will have to wait a while for those buds to fatten up. The pics you saw of people with similar setups with bigger buds may have had hybrids or indica dominant strains. I've seen plants...

Don't dig it up mate. Just let the plant do its thing. It will come up trust me. Just make sure to keep the soil damp.

I've seen that before. But yea that's not bad at all mate. I've seen a guy on here had buds look like that and it was worse, his plant looked like a damn corn stalk. His was from bad genetics though.
