    660nm 680nm 690nm 700nm diode build

I have an HLG-240H-48A driver. I am planning on running 5 boards in parallel allowing 5x 1A per circuit. Three of the boards are going to be Samsung LM09 HinFlux boards rated at 48V/1A. I was planning on using five of each diode (680, 690, 700) on a strip; so 15 diodes per circuit. That's 3.1V...

Extreme Flowering Under Pair of Timber 48SAMS

well, if they needed a rest and it took 2 hours, then they never got a rest. And if they got 24 hrs and never got a rest, then I suppose they don't really need a rest. Anyways... Nice harvest org! The rack does look like deer antlers. Put them up on the wall!

Extreme Flowering Under Pair of Timber 48SAMS

yur gonna get baked son... Thanks Org + Randomblame, on 6/2: to think of it, I noticed lateral distribution yesterday on those plants and some early sex characteristics (females) so maybe transition will be fast. 6/2 worked; whether it is faster or slower is undetermined due to lack of...

Calmag deficiency under Cree 3590 LED (1100) PPFD)

imo, no. more like old growth or maybe a slight phosphorous deficiency. Could also be caused by large pH changes.

    QB96elite vs Q (301b) strip builds

My mind is strobing with the flash of LEDs. I ordered 4x96s just to compare to the LM301Bs. Now they have strips with them including 660nm... what is the world coming to?

    Question about lighting

If you have not purchased an HID yet, I suggest you explore PCB lighting, ie; quantum boards. I'm getting fantastic results, and have stopped using my HID. I also heard that 600W is the most efficient way to go. Check out Migro's youtube channel and watch their videos; very enlightening ;)

Did you build those or have those black strip modules made? Or did you purchase them somewhere?

    3 Samsung Strips 98x LM301B for a 2x2.

I'm using some strip modules but used the L09 variant, which is like a double strip that runs at ~46V. I was going to use it for supplemental lighting, but decided to give some away to my wife for her house plants. The ones I am using will need a dimmer as there is some photoshock, but they...

The Chinese Quantum Board Knock Off Builds

Don't forget a DigiReel contains 4000 LM301B diodes... and costs about $440USD (off Digikey). Thats the same as 5 x 800 boards and guaranteed Samsung diodes. This kind of build would be better for light spread and less hot spots (light hot spots). They don't need a heatsink, although you best to...

    DIY QB light build

He actually didn't do bad. He has 1150 authentic diodes that is spread out over the area and will give a nice blanketed area. You don't know what's in the knock-offs; sure they work, but there's still variables. The knock offs I've used work, but the build is nice too. Your build is good...

The Chinese Quantum Board Knock Off Builds

-The Bava boards have enhanced red 660nm and were on sale last time I looked last night. -Brite seemed the lowest priced in the bunch offering equivalents of each kit but only LM561C (really?). -Have dealt with Meiju, they are nice, good review from me, but dammit if they didn't sell me the V1...

    660nm 680nm 690nm 700nm diode build

I'm wanting to try to build a red light in strip lighting but I could use a little help from people. I'm not buying any premade strip as I want to craft it. I will probably need a better soldering iron, so before I order something off Amazon, I will wait for recommendations on a kit or a...
