How many ml do you use per L ? Do you use any veg nutes in flower?

It recommendes 2-4ml per litre, I use 2 or 3 ml per Liter. The bloom nutes obviously has less N in but surely they’d put enough in there for flower? Or it would juts say feed veg nutes too.
