Their web site reflects a minimal knowledge of plant physiology and photomorphology. IMHO, if they did their research better, their conclusions would be somewhat different. They don't specify how many cheep vs expensive leds they use. Many other holes as well. Not a win for me... This one...

I'll go one step further. Keeping the wave form in the visible spectrum smooth and somewhat linear also contributes to superior plant photomorphology. Think sine wave, or section there of.

I had the opportunity to play with the illumetex modules. At the time I thought that they were pretty cool. Fast forward to now, there are better options out there....... considering I'm building HML's at $2.00 a watt, more or less. (With top quality parts!!)
