Hi guys, currently vegging a c99 and got a couple of autos in a tent 90x60x90cm under 3x 36 3w(108w) led panels i built running at about 80w each, in the panel i have 2x380nm 3x420nm 3x445nm 2x460nm 4x4000k 4x3000k 6x630nm 10x660nm 2x730nm these have cost me around $80 to make all together so...

So basically I should be putting 4000k neutral white in place of any blue/white over 5000k? Before now I've always used 450nm and 420nm at a 2:1 ratio and used like 30-40% blue which from reading that is completely unnecessary

Would this mean I would benefit from a couple of 730nm leds along with the 660nm leds in the same panel or is the 660nm going to be too low to take much of an advantage from this?

I just looked up the emerson effect and came across this which I have never read before and does sound like it's worth investing more. 'The yield obtained using both red and far-red light simultaneously is much higher than the sum of the yields obtained with red and far-red light separately...

Ah yeah sorry thats what i was meaning, deep red not far red,i will eventually be getting a 10w 730nm led to see if it does help atall and do you think theres enough blue in the 4000k lights for the plants as ive found that not enough blue in the spectrum does make the plants stretch a bit.

what makes you say that spectrum? wouldnt that mean not much far red (660NM) for flowering?

Hi guys ive been using a 150w led panel with 50x3w leds with 660nm 630nm 450nm and 420nm but have now got 5 pcbs for 36 3w leds and for each panel was going to get 10 660nm 10 630nm but for the other 16 leds not really sure what would be the more benificial the leds im not sure between are 4000k...

thats celcius so thats like 93 degrees Fahrenheit and its the same led they use in these grow lights

Yeh its the big led in the middle the heatsink gets WAYY too hot if i have the 10w leds running aswell, temps were reaching like 34 degrees in my brow box and i payed an extra $20 for dhl shipping so cost me $55 but heres the link to what i bought...

HI guys ive just recieved and installed a 100w led i bought from china thats supposedly full spectrum ranging from 380-840nm, it is stupidly bright for how small the led is so what do you guys think? and has anyone had any experience with these before?
