Couldn't you put a shallow pan with a lot of surface area of hot water in there? Maybe a fan blowing over the water to encourage evaporation? I'm a noob so just a thought

Are these seedlings too close together? Is there going to be a problem getting them apart when it comes time to transplant? I don't know if moving them this early will kill them.. Theyre in some pretty bad soil right now, some old outside pot dirt, and growth is really slow

Is it safe to use a timer thats rated for 15A when using a bunch of socket splitters that are rated for 20A? Running 12 or so CFLs? Or is it the combined total amperage of the lights that matters?
