Do you know if your tap water has chlorine or chloramine? If its chlorine i hope you are letting it sit for 24 hours before use.

Easy way to get the feel if its short of water or not is give them a little bit and wait a few hrs. If its just water then they will perk back up. Well u can do it two diff ways. If u top a seedling it will grow a certain way. Fim is unpredictable. Id start with tieing down. Very carefully get the top of the stem maybe 2/3 the way up and tie a string to it. Then ur gonna lightly bend the stem so it barely bends and then tie the other end...
