Replant?

It was like 2 feet and a half away but now I have 2 T5 and they are like 7-8 inches away.

They are in black gold with some fertilizer , what shoul i do? Should i replant them?

My seedlings keep turning yellow please help , I have a 600 watt HPS that's on 50% . I stopped watering them as much ,I water them only when the soil gets dry.

So I just need to stop over watering them ?
