can not see how your letting fresh air in as stale air leaves, it seems that your circulating hot air only .

dont panic mate, on my first grow as well, had same thing untill i dropped tempeture slightly. it was at about 30 celsius(to much for young plants, discolouring spots will also remain on old leaves,new leaves should be better if rectified. (good luck my freind).
