there seem to be some white fur on the stem of the plant. anyone have any idea on what is? below is a picture, sorry can seem to get a better picture but you can kinda see white off of it.

my plant had fully sprouted today and a part of the leaf had fell off when I checked on it. I'm thinking it's cause of the wind last night. (the casing was still attached to the leaf that fell off) I want to know will my plant still be okay? any input on this is highly appreciated, thanks.
