I never understood people running their lights 24/0 for veg. I was always taught that after about 18 hours of light a plant can't take in much more light so running them longer than that is pointless. Has anyone actually compared running 18/6 vs 24/0 for veg back to back with the same clones? I...

I was worried that I was growing them too tall. For the first 3/4 of their veg growth the lights were just clamped to the ceiling, so I think they stretched too much. It wasn't later that I realized to suspend them with zip ties so I can just pull the zip ties to raise them as the plants grow...

So as stated in the title I'm growing for the first time and I'm worried that my plants may be too cold. Each plant is lit with two 23W CFL's under a clamp light and I have white film hanging around all the plants. I have them in Miracle-Gro Organic Choice potting mix and I give them tap water...
