42 watt for the top and I'd say about 6 27w cfl's for the sides...remember ventilation and heat. Use 6500k For veg and 2700K color spectrum for flower...

So I am about 2 weeks into my flowering and I was wondering if I could use my clippings from lower branches to clone with when I trim it up and just cut the very small flowers off??

I veged for about 10 weeks and my 2 trainwresk strains were very mature when they went into flower they already had about 100 budsites on each plant. The most and best bud production is completed in the last 2 weeks of flowering so I wouldn't worry too much about it yet...

Depends on what stage of growing your in...in veg I keep mine at about 65 and gradually reduce it down to 20 by the end of flower
