Too early for them pistils to be turning color...in my opinion. You may be damaging them while trying to look at them.

This is alot how my plants look right now on some of the lower buds. The top buds still have plenty of white hairs. Yellowing leaves from top to bottom. Trichs on my buds are getting cloudy...but I am certain I still have several weeks to go before trichs start going amber. Today is 7 weeks...

But those appear to be leaves. You dont check the leaves...or so I am told.

The 8-tube T5 HO lights that I am vegging under, I bought for $40 on offer-up and included 8 extra bulbs. I know about growing on a budget. :) The only NEW things I paid for back then was my soil. Just keep your eyes open for deals. :)

Those plants are a bit wimpy for day 58. This plant is younger than that. These were seeds on 2/16. Sprouted 2/22. Potted 2/23 Re-potted to 3 gallon on 3/14.

I used seedking I think its called. My seeds arrived but I will never use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

On my plants, the buds closest to the light lost their frost on the leaves. I didnt change my routine....didnt change the temps....didnt change the humidity. What I SUSPECT happened is that the buds were getting too much light/heat as they grew closer to the lights. I suspect this because...

Today is the 24th day since I saw the very first pistil on these 2 girls. They are in soil in 3gal fiber pots under 600w hps. My first 2 grows never had any big kolas as the buds never stacked. Those were under LED and T5's. I have much higher hopes for this grow. How do they look for 24...

Figured it out.... Its called Birds Nest Fungi and is harmless. Probably came with the soil.

When I was watering my plants today, I saw what appeared to be barnacles growing in the soil. What is this???? My guess is that it came with the soil since these plants are tented. Should I be freaking out? They kind of look like cocoons....

Final update: After the battle of the mites(thanks to Mighty Wash), and temperature control, etc .. My dried/trimmed/cured final weight from this plant was just over 1/4 lb. I had hoped for more even though at one point I was tempted to trash the plant. I have received great reviews on the...
