Hi, I did something similar, I cut the little runty bits at the base of my mature plants when they were in flower , but I simply pushed them into soil in the same pot (Batmix) just a wee experiment , but I like the sound of that , getting a clone from a flowering plant and continuing the plants...

Planted both on 29th October, using bat mix and bio bizz bloom and top max never more than 2ml per litre each. Just struggling right now to keep temp good at night. Lowest this week was 17 degrees centigrade it’s cold here
