well this is my first grow. I got twelve photos in a 4x8. Can’t decide if this is too much to top or if I should top and induce flowering a little early

So my sprouts looked good a few days ago. I found one fungus gnat and after killing it I decided to take precautions. I cleaned my tent and did a berm oil soil drench to kill and larva if any. Haven’t seen any gnats but after the soil drench (I also let soil dry out before drench) the next day...

if I constantly have my intake and outtake fans on should I still run co2 bags? Curious what everyone has to say whether by experience or not. Would it just suck the co2 right out.
