Cannabis plants can do a lot in 4 days specially in veg, but I don't think the quality of the buzz its gonna give you will differ that much between now and 4 days.

150w is fine for one plant, you won't get a huge yield but you'll get something. I'd move the light until its 18''-24'' above the plant. If I had to guess i'd say the plant is 8 or so weeks or so. Looks like it needs calcium and finally topp it and then flip it anytime after 2 weeks.
