What did you use to treat the spider mites? Could be an adverse affect from whatever treatment. If it drained heavy into the soil the roots could be affected as well.

Webs sound like spider mites. Check under the leaves. The color and the spots could be from mites as well or not. Could be deficient in some way.

Could have been from the catapillar treatment. If you don't think so enjoy this chart.
