    Plant stunted ?

Every plant from seed will be slightly different. That sideways one looks like it needs more time for roots to recover from transplanting. Just give it the love; will catch up eventually. Root damage certainly slows growth. Off centering the root ball in the new container could be a factor but...

    Locked out in living soil

So did you pot up to a larger container?

Every water my leaves droops, they pray the next day... So should I dim the lights?

Honestly whenever my plants get droopy it usually means they need more room in the bottom. Pot up to the next size container with fresh mix and I bet they look better in a few days.

    Locked out in living soil

Oh and btw if you don’t currently add granular mycorrhizae to your soil or use a mix that has it already you should look into that. Nothing helps with absorption (ph) like fungi can.

    Locked out in living soil

The water you add has virtually zero affect on actual ph at the root zone. Droop is almost always due to a lack of moisture or bad drainage; unrelated to ph. The easy fix for your plants is to transplant to fresh soil mix with some active compost added. As long as there are plenty of minerals to...

Once and for all......Best Sour Diesel in seed form?

Yes I started out with fem seeds long time ago and then crossed with several other strains. This year I crossed SSD x CMH with a blue dream male to keep them going. Haven’t run the offspring yet. You’ll always run the chance of a herm with fem seed but as long as there are no light leaks it’s...

    Bud rot

I’ve been through the wringer with bud rot; it’s a never ending battle. Once mold sets in that’s pretty much it. You’ll see it more in the largest colas where airflow cannot reach to the stems. Not much you can do except remove the affected area. I usually just let everything dry to finish and...

    bacterial tea and fungal tea

No I’ve never had any kind of bad reaction or anything like that. If you brew up a tea for something like 36-48 hours should be fine to use. Much longer than that I would just toss it or use for houseplants or flowers outdoors. If you just keep it constantly bubbling tea should be ok. I have...

whats your go to calcium source?

I add gypsum and D-lime every so often during soil recycles but for me the real game changer was composted eggshells. Crushed oyster shell is a great ph buffer in addition to a source of P and C. Super slow release. I use stark water collected from a dehumidifier as my main source which has a...

    Super Soil?

Mixing active “super” soil into a spent base mix from a previous harvest will make everything into super soil in time. Use it as you would any other soil amendment. “Heat” refers to microbial activity; if the ph is in normal range plants should not burn from N toxicity. Usually adding a bunch of...

    Boutique breeders?

Been running some of badgers dank gear. Strelka (Stardog x Soace Queen) knocked my socks off.. Subcools legacy lives on… https://www.weedworldmagazine.org/2019/07/23/a-badgers-journey-the-story-of-his-first-public-strain-by-subcool/

Steralising and re energising soil/compost/not coco

Just add a form of active compost, fertilizer, and a mineral inputs. For example: worm castings, chicken manure, and dolomite lime and/or garden gypsum. Hydrate and let it set for 3-4 weeks.

    Anyone run this.

Have used sunshine mix; not too much different than ffof. What is the difference between pro mix HP and BX?…always thought these were soilless mediums; made of mostly coco.

    Anyone run this.

Wondering about this myself. They have this at my local Home Depot $20. Need some more base mix but hate going to “grow” stores. It is OMRI so how bad could it be? I plan to add EWC, a couple jobes spikes per pot, some chicken manure and xtra perlite if needed. Trying to build three mostly water...

Hopefully switching to tiger bloom helps, been using the regular hydro grow big solution and been getting leaves clawing downward

I used to run stinkbuds aero rails; yields are more than I can get from my current organic soil grow. Aeroponic sprayers are much easier to maintain than DWC. Btw one thing that may help once you get everything cleaned up is to toss some h2o2 hydrogen peroxide into the water. Used to put 1/2...

Hopefully switching to tiger bloom helps, been using the regular hydro grow big solution and been getting leaves clawing downward

Once you have bacteria in the system it’s a real bitch to get rid of. Pull everything out and clean it with antibacterial dish soap, bleach, and hot water. Seemed like no matter what I did my old DWC was nothing but a pain in ass. DWC is a perfect place for snot to grow. Had much more success...

Hopefully switching to tiger bloom helps, been using the regular hydro grow big solution and been getting leaves clawing downward

It has nothing to do what nutrients you use or what kind of water. Tap water should be fine. It is possible that your nutrient mix (PPMs) is way too high but then you would also see toxic leaf burn. Droop is usually from a lack of oxygen (or moisture) to the roots. No idea what is in those...

    What’s your guess? Overwatering?

How long has this plant been in the same container? Droop is usually due to over/under watering but pot size and duration in a given container is relative; larger pots tend to better regulate moisture. If the roots have reached the edges and bottomed out it’s possible they just need more room...
