straigth water no ph'ing,when i see first sign of roots i change to 15mins on 15 mins off,works great for me.

try lifting the light up a bit just to let it get established,then when got a few bigger leaves lower it back down.

pk 13/14 is a flowering booster,meant to be used roughly week 4 then again week 8 ish depending on flowering times and brands of pk on top of your usual flowering nutes.

agree with above ,get a dimmable digital ballast and dial it down with the correct bulb,be better than the big cfl.
