Mars tents are 1680d, fair priced, and great quality. It’s about the only mars product I’d buy. I just bought a 5x5 and a 4x8 and they are way thicker canvas, stronger poles, and more sturdy then my 5x5 ohuhu. It was only a $70 price difference between my shitty ohuhu and the mars in the same size.

I just sucked it up and made the switch from HID to led. A little over 2500 later I have top notch cobs coming for veg and bloom but it’s money well spent. I wasn’t going to mess with wiring and have limited motion in both wrists so DIY was out of the picture for me.

The actual wattage of your two panels combined is 380. Your getting under 11w per square foot and with led you want to shoot for 35ish. I don’t think adding another cheap panel is going to do much. Like Johnny Lawrence said I’d start running your 1k again if you can’t get a quality led setup.
