i'm not a light expert..i've just always gotten cheap stuff and it seems to work fine...my current setup is actually a 400 mh light, and i use a conversion mh bulb that makes it hps for flowering...it was cheap, like 40 sumpin bucks, and it works on less watts, 360 i think...so for veggin i just...
