once im flowering

Hi all, i have just tied down my 3 White Widow plants, i was wondering, once the brances have increased in hieght evening out my canopys, do i untie the main cola?

ok cool, will i ever have to unbend the plant?

will that damage the plant in any way? how is it done? will it slow down growth?

plug and grow, 200w flourescents 6,700 lumen

any suggestions? please if you view thread say something :) i'm really in difficulty here
