I cant believe that no one realized that was a Sativa dominant plant, it probably needed another 4 to 6 weeks to flower, it most likely would have budded like crazy from the looks of the plant, though it could have used more light in the last 2 weeks of that extended period. They can take up to...
I forgot to mention that. Good save. In flower I try to keep 6500k as 1/4 of my lighting, wattage wise. So with eight bulbs on one plant, Id be using 2 daylight spectrum. Which I position directly of the top of the plant, and use my 2700k as my side and under lighting. Getting the plant...
All the proof you need is the fact that you want to recreate, as closely as possible, the natural conditions of your plants life cycle. We can manipulate this to a certain degree through extending our "days", whether it be 24 on with no dark, or 18/6 which I prefer because all plants need some...
So far following your method has been wonderful. I appreciate your logging of this grow and the potential for amazing yields with CFLs. I was sold by this thread alone and I have yet to be let down. Appreciate it man, and if I never get to toke one of my sweet nugs with you, it would have been...
Fully agreed. I highly doubt you would receive any flack from any sort of "real" doctor. Know your stuff and present what you believe to be helpful in your case. We all have this natural inclination to feel guilty about our affliction and the benefits that MMJ poses. So we doubt our ailments...
Good job Formula! All turned out pretty good. My triploid ended up male, shitty, but oh well. Ive got a King Kush about to harvest and its looking B E A utiful!! lol. Enjoy your smoke bro!
Thanks again for some damn good input! It made sense to me, but then you look around and you see all these guys thinning the hell out of their plants and its like, wtf? lol. Thanks for confirming what made the most sense to me!
Just curious about this statement. Does light need to get to the buds to get them to grow well, or is it more important for there to be more light on the leaves? Meaning, will thinning out my plant to increase light to the bud sites increase my yield or should I just leave my leaves alone?
Youre damn close. Other than keeping an eye on the trich coloring, another good gauge of being ready is when the hairs start to recede back into the calyxes.
